1. What is Brand Smart Outlet Mall?

Brand Smart Outlet Mall is a factory outlet shopping centre with over 50 individual factory outlet stores all under the one roof. All stores are well known premium brands > (store listing)

2. Is the stock genuinely factory outlet stock?

Our policy at Brand Smart Outlet Mall is that all stores abide by their Retailer's charter which specifies:

1. Merchandise for sale at this Brand Smart Factory Outlet has been sourced from previous season's stock, current season overstocks, special purchases, seconds or samples.


2. Merchandise has been sourced directly from the manufacturer or importer, or has been specifically developed by the retailer under the retailer's brand, or has been specifically negotiated between retailer and supplier.


3. Branded merchandise is sold at lower than normal prices.


4. Where products are 'seconds' they are clearly marked.


5. Branded merchandise is always the genuine and authentic article - no counterfeits are sold at this Brand Smart Factory Outlet Mall

3. What Sort of discount can I find?

Discounts vary from store to store depending on the stock, prices are a minimum of 10% with some items being up to 70% off. Refer to our store listing section, which describes the products that each store sells and the discounts that they offer.

4. Do you have free car parking?

Yes, once you have purchased goods, ask the shop assistant to validate your ticket and receive the first 2 hours free. We have over 350 car parking spaces. The car park is located at the rear of the centre with entry via Phillip Street.

5. Do you have eating-places?

Brand Smart Food Hall has a mixture of exotic tastes from all over the world, Japanese, Malaysian etc

Wagamama is a world famous noodle bar.

Ground Bar has the finest food and cakes in Parramatta. Refer to our store listing.

Harris Farm Markets licensed Café located on the lower ground level at the back of the centre
accommodating indoor and outdoor seating.

6. How do I get to Brand Smart?

Brand Smart Outlet Mall is located at 330 Church Street
Parramatta.

We are 550m from Parramatta railway station heading north

Riverside theatre is located opposite to us.

7. What are your trading hours?

Brand Smart Outlet Mall opens daily from 9.30am.

Our trading hours are:
Monday-Friday 9.30 - 6pm

Thursday 9.30am - 8pm
Saturday-Sunday 9.30 - 5pm
Public Holidays 10 - 5pm *

* Exceptions

Closed Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day,
Anzac Day trading from 1 - 5pm only.

Most major credit cards are accepted depending on the store.
